Game Over is an escape room strongly oriented to the collaboration between the participants and is therefore particularly suitable as a team building work. The history and the logical path of the game have been studied to encourage cooperation among the members of the team, since the resolution of many enigmas often requires the active contribution of several people and the ability to organize and manage time. Relational area: increase the sense of belonging and the mutual trust of the members of an organization to promote communication and improve the organizational climate. The game is a fundamental factor for each individual in the development of himself and his strengths, while in a team it represents a unique training opportunity, as it allows to link the experience of play to the daily organizational action. Participating in a Team Building in our Escape Room not only allows you to pursue the objectives listed but, due to the characteristics of the game itself, it offers participants additional opportunities to train mental skills. The games and the enigmas proposed have in fact been studied to exercise the basic cognitive abilities in adults, such as memory, attention, linguistic and mathematical skills, use of symbols, etc. Strategic management of a team: it is essential for the participants to adapt to the evolution of the game to define the most appropriate strategy for solving puzzles, just as, in organizational realities, the ability to adapt to new and emerging needs is increasingly required. The mission to carry out is a metaphor of the team work, in which all the participants are called to problem solving and collaboration.
