We accept the following online payment methods: Visa Debit, Visa Credit and Mastercard or buy a Gift Voucher directly in our store (cache or ATM).

We ask you to be 10 to 15 minutes earlier than your appointment in our store. If you turn up more than 15 minutes after your game starts, timer will start at 15 minutes into the game & you will only have the remaining time (not the full hour).

Should the customers break anything in the room or damage the room against the Game Masters instructions/warning, then you will be fined to pay the damage.

Children under 14 cannot play alone, they have to be accompanied by an adult. Children with less than 8 years old don’t need to pay.

Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellation must be made seven full days prior to reservation time on the day of the game. If the guest cancels with more than 3 days in advance, 50% of the fees will be refunded. If the guest cancels less than 3 days in advance, there will be no refund.

No pictures or videos allowed to be taken inside the rooms, if you do then you will be escorted out the room immediately and will not be allowed to finish the game.
